It is a Caesar Salad night . . .

. . . here at the Herb Farm.

Fresh greens & herbs with slivers of cheese, walnuts and cranberries and an awesome Caesar Salad dressing.


Caesar Salad Dressing

1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
1/2 C. olive oil
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1T garlic, minced
1/2 t honey
1 egg

Blend all ingredients in blender or with stick blender for 30 seconds.
Refrigerate.
Use within 1 week.
