Having spent much of my life along side the sea using sea salt in healing is second nature.

Salt scrubs invigorate and exfoliate the skin smoothing and giving it a glow. Sea salt is not the only one used in natural skin care products. Dead sea salt, Epsom salt and table salt are also used.

Please use care when applying salt scrubs. They can be too harsh for your skin especially on your face. You might want to try sugar instead.
